THE BARRE CODE LONE TREE

At The Barre Code Lone Tree, the health, wellness & safety of our clients & staff is our top priority. Please read below for information on our response to COVID-19 and what you can do to promote safety when visiting our studio:

  • We are adhering to county health department guidelines for re-opening, and as such all class sizes will be at 7 clients maximum for the foreseeable future to allow for social distancing.
  • Sign up for your classes in advance to secure the spot that you want. With the Pick-a-Spot feature on our App, you can reserve your preferred spot in class when you make your class reservation. Picking your spot in advance will help us reduce lines and traffic before class starts.
  • Reservations will close 5 minutes before class is scheduled to begin. At this time, we cannot allow for any walk-in reservations.
  • Clients are able to enter the studio 10 minutes prior to class. If you arrive to the studio before then, please wait in your car or a safe distance from others until the doors open.
  • Got our app? Check yourself into class using Geo Check-In and avoid lines at the front desk. Once you arrive at the studio, or are within 100 meters of the front doors, you can view your reservation and check yourself in for class.
  • You can also check yourself in at the front desk using our new express app on the iPad. The iPad is cleaned and sanitized between each class, and hand sanitizer is provided for you to use after you sign yourself in.
  • If you are wearing your own PPE into the studio, we kindly ask that you dispose of it properly upon entering the studio. Masks are permitted to be worn throughout the duration of class and are not required. Gloves must be disposed of upon entering the studio.
  • For the time being, our studio will not be offering Kid Code child watch services.
  • Forgot socks or water, or just planning ahead? Use the Add-On menu to pre-buy water, energy drink mix, and socks and pick up your items in your locker prior to class for no-contact delivery.
  • Make sure you are signed in for class 5 minutes before the start of class. If you are not signed in 5 minutes prior to class, your spot could be forfeited to someone on the waitlist or on standby.
  • Please place your items in your designated locker and then wash your hands. We request that you wash your hands for 20 seconds with warm water prior to grabbing your props and entering the classroom. We ask all of our staff and clients to abide by “clean hands in, clean hands out” when entering & leaving our studio.
  • Props on the prop wall have been thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and rotated to reduce the amount of contact. Please retrieve your props from the prop wall only after you’ve washed your hands.
  • Studios are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized prior to each class. To allow our staff to clean, the classroom doors will be closed between classes and will reopen 5 minutes prior to class starting. Please do not form a line outside of the studio door prior to class starting.
  • 2 sanitation stations and a wall disinfectant wipes dispenser are in the studio and available for your use. Please be mindful of which products are for mats & props and which products are for the barres.
  • For the safety of our staff & clients, no one will be permitted to enter the studio once class has started.
  • Cancelling a reservation more than 4 hours prior to class will result in no penalty. Cancelling a reservation less than 4 hours prior to the start of class will result in a $10 late cancellation fee. Failure to cancel a reservation (no show for class) or to check in properly for class will result in a $20 no show/ no cancellation fee.
  • Before class begins, line yourself up at your numbered spot at the barre.
  • If asked to step into the center of the room for a portion of class, line yourself up on one of the BarreCode logo decals on the floor to help keep a safe distance from others.
  • Our instructors will be offering verbal cues & corrections only during this time. They will not be permitted to travel throughout the space. Use your mirrors and your ears to help you get the most out of your class. We are asking everyone to refrain from additional contact like high-fives, hugs, and fist bumps. Unfortunate, but true.  Voicing loud words of encouragement is always welcome!
  • At the end of class, please take a prop wipe or disinfectant spray from a sanitation station and wipe down your props. Once you’ve wiped down your props, deposit them in the bin. Please do not put any props back on the prop wall after you have used them. Throw your wipe away in the trash can and head to the bathroom to wash your hands.
  • Please stay for all of class, including stretch, so that we can ensure all props are cleaned thoroughly and that all clients can enjoy their full 50-minutes without interruption.

CODE OF CONDUCT
If you are attending class for the first time, welcome! Please create an account on our website or mobile app before arriving to the studio to help expedite your sign-in process. Click “My Account” in the top right-hand corner of this screen to get started.

Please arrive 10-15 minutes before the start of your first class so that you can check-in, meet your instructor, get a tour of our studio, and feel confident walking into the studio for the first time!

We recommend always arriving 10-minutes before the start of class. Doors to the studio will open 10 minutes before the start of each class. For the safety of our staff & clients, no one will be permitted to enter the studio or classroom once class has started. If you are not in the classroom by the time time class starts, you unfortunately will be considered a no-show.

Socks are required for all classes and must be worn before entering the classroom for hygiene and comfort purposes. Shoes are not allowed in the classroom at any time. Socks are available for purchase at the front desk.

Please leave your cell phone and other personal belongings in your locker for the duration of class. Phones are not allowed in the classroom. If you are anticipating an important phone call, you can ask our Studio Assistant to hold your phone for you. If you receive a call during class, a staff member can alert you.

All standard classes are 50 minutes long. Please stay for the full duration of class, including stretch at the end, so that we can ensure that all props are cleaned thoroughly and proper safety precautions are exercised. We kindly ask that you respect one another and the hard work you’ve put into the class by staying for the full 50 minutes of class.

CANCELLATION POLICIES
If you are unable to attend a reservation, you must cancel yourself from the class online at www.thebarrecode.com or via The Barre Code mobile app at least 4 hours before the start of class.

Cancelling a reservation less than 4 hours prior to the start of class may result in a $10 late cancellation fee. If you do not cancel yourself out of class before the designated cut-off time, and/or do not show up for class, you may receive a $20 non-cancellation/no-show penalty. Cancellation penalties vary by contract and package type, so be sure to review your specific agreement terms below. We cannot take cancellations over e-mail, phone, or voicemail. You must cancel via the website or mobile app.

If you are booking a reservation for a guest, you are responsible for cancelling your guest’s reservation, too, if your guest can no longer attend.

We reserve the right to cancel class for extenuating circumstances. If a class is cancelled, you will be notified. We encourage you to opt-in to all communications so as to stay up-to-date with studio updates.

If you are booking class through a third-party booking platform, such as ClassPass, you will be subject to the cancellation policies of the third party.

WAITLIST POLICIES
You can be added from the waitlist to the class roster up to two hours before the start of class. If you are holding a spot on a waitlist for any particular class, treat your waitlist reservation the same as you would a class reservation. You should be prepared to attend class anytime you are holding a spot on the waitlist. If you have booked a reservation for a guest who is on a waitlist, the same policies here apply.

If you are unsure if you are able to attend class, please remove yourself from the waitlist at least 4 hours before the start of class to avoid being added to the class roster and any subsequent late cancel or no-show fees.

If you are added from the waitlist to the class roster, you are subject to all class cancellation policies. If you are added to the class roster from the waitlist but you then choose to late-cancel your reservation OR fail to show up for your reservation, you will be subject to the late cancel and/or no-show penalty.

If you remain on the waitlist less than two hours before the start of class, it is still possible that a spot may open up for you. We encourage you to arrive 10 minutes before the start of class to secure your potential spot in class. If a spot is available, you will be added to the class by our staff.
