Pulse and shake in our signature class that combines barre work and isometric movements with constantly changing routines, a variety of props, and high-energy playlists.
Lift and sweat in our Bootcamp class that improves cardiovascular conditioning and functional strength training with heavy weights, HIIT, and bumping beats.
Kick, punch, and sweat your way through this high-energy class that incorporates cardio kickboxing sequencing and strength work.
Stretch & Restore
In The Barre Code Middletown restorative formats, we efficiently work the body straight through for two-thirds of the class and spend the final third of the class stretching the total body. This helps maintain tissue temperature throughout class, find our sweat and shake faster in the work, and get even more out of the stretch at the end by allowing our mind to completely reset.
Build Cardio & Muscular Strength
