CODE OF CONDUCT

• If you are attending class for the first time, please make an account on our website or mobile app before arriving to the studio to help expedite the sign-in process. Click “My Account” in the top right-hand corner of this screen to get started!
• Reservation required. Utilize our pick-a-spot feature to secure a spot in class.
• Clients are able to enter the studio up to 15 minutes prior to class.
• Socks are required for all classes and must be put on before entering the studio. Shoes or bare feet are not allowed. Need socks? We have several styles & sizes for sale.
• For the safety of our staff & clients, no one will be permitted to enter the studio once class has started.If you are not in class by the time it starts, you will be marked as a no show.
• Our instructors offer verbal and tactile cues to ensure you are moving safely at all times.
• Please stay for all of class, including stretch, so that we can ensure all props are cleaned thoroughly and that all clients can enjoy their full 50-minutes without interruption.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

• If you are unable to attend class, you must cancel via the websiteor app. We are unable to take cancellation requests over the phone or via email.
• Cancelling a reservation more than 4 hours prior to class will result in no penalty.
• Cancelling a reservation less than 4 hours prior to a class will result in a $10 late cancellation fee or the loss of the class credit for classes booked with a 4 or 8 Class Membership or Class Pack.
• Failure to cancel a reservation, or check-in properly for class, will result in a $15 no-show fee.
• If you are booking a reservation for a guest, you are responsible for cancelling their reservation if they can no longer attend.
• We reserve the right to cancel class for extenuating circumstances. If a class is cancelled, you will be notified. We encourage you to opt-in to all communications to stay up to date with studio updates.
• If you are booking class through a third-party platform, such as ClassPass, you will be subject to their cancellation policies.

WAITLIST POLICIES

• You can be added from the waitlist to the class roster up to 2 hours before the start of class. If you are holding a spot on a waitlist for any particular class, treat your waitlist reservation the same as you would a class reservation. You should be prepared to attend class anytime you are holding a spot on the waitlist. If you have booked a reservation for a guest who is on a waitlist, the same policies apply.
• If you are unsure if you are able to attend class, please remove yourself from the waitlist at least 4 hours before the start of class to avoid being added to the class roster and to avoid any subsequent late cancel or no-show fees.
• If you are added from the waitlist to the class roster, you are subject to all class cancellation policies. If you are added to the class roster from the waitlist but you then choose to late-cancel your reservation OR fail to show up for your reservation, you will be subject to the late cancel and/or no-show penalty.

CONTRACT TERMS OF AGREEMENT

• You must request to cancel or change your membership 30 daysin advance of your next auto renewal date. Your cancellation or change request must be made via email to lombard@thebarrecode.com. All memberships will continue renewing until cancelled.
• If you cancel your contract, you will be subject to any price increases should you decide to start a new contract.
• If you are traveling or will be out of town, we can place your membership on hold. We allow 2 holds per year in 1-month increments.

  • Book 8 classes each billing cycle
  • Unused classes do not roll over to the next cycle
  • Class schedule opens 8 days in advance
  • 1 guest pass each month
  • Late cancel window is 4 hours
  • Subject to late cancel penalty, which is the loss of the credit
  • Contract renews indefinitely, once per month, until cancelled
• 4 Class Monthly Membership
  • Valid at The Barre Code Lombard
  • Book 4 classes each billing cycle
  • Unused classes do not roll over to the next cycle
  • Class schedule opens 8 days in advance
  • 1 guest pass each month
  • Late cancel window is 4 hours
  • Subject to late cancel penalty, which is the loss of the credit
  • Contract renews indefinitely, once per month, until cancelled
• Student/Teacher Unlimited Monthly Membership
  • Valid at The Barre Code Lombard
  • Active student/teacher ID required for discount
  • Book unlimited classes each month
  • Class schedule opens 8 days in advance
  • 2 guest passes each month
  • Late cancel window is 4 hours
  • Subject to late cancel fees. Late cancel penalty is $10; no show penalty is $15
  • Contract renews indefinitely, once per month, until cancelled

CREDIT PACKAGE TERMS OF AGREEMENT

Credit packages, also known as “Class Packs,” have expiration dates and must be used before they expire. Packages do not renew, are non-refundable, and are not transferrable.

• Credits can be used to book guest reservations
• Late cancel window is 4 hours
• Subject to late cancel penalty, which is the loss of the credit

REFUND POLICY
No refunds, transfers, or exchanges are permitted.

KIDS ROOM POLICY

• Limited capacity
• Reservation required for each child. If there are zero reservations the night prior to class, the kids room will be cancelled for the following day.
• No food allowed
• Bathroom/diaper change required before class
• No late arrivals allowed. Please arrive early enough to wash/sanitize children’s hands, get checked in, get settled in the kids room, and get into the studio room before class starts.
• Please stay home if your child is sick and follow all CDC guidelines.

ADDITIONAL POLICIES, TERMS OF SERVICE, & WAIVER
You must agree to all additional policies outlined within The Barre Code’s Terms of Service and Waiver, as available on our website.
