Our Bootcamp Class
Lift and sweat in our Bootcamp class that improves cardiovascular conditioning and functional strength using heavy weights, resistance bands, and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). You’ll work at your own pace while your instructor leads you through a variety of circuits to build muscle, increase bone density, and improve your ability to perform functional, everyday movements like hip hinges, squats, and lunges.
Efficient & Effective
This class is great if you are looking to get a good sweat on. Because we coach you to take everything at our own pace in Bootcamp classes, you are free to take modifications and advancements as you need, in a judgment-free zone. You will leave this class feeling successful and knowing you got an efficient, killer workout!
Beyond the Barre
This format strays from our traditional barre workout, as it takes you to the center of the room for more dynamic and heart-rate boosting moves like lunges, squats, and deadlifts. Weights for this class range from 5 to 12 pounds, so get ready for more lifting techniques and functional strength exercises to improve everyday movement.
