What is Back to Sweat?
It’s time to get back to routine, back to strength, and back to your community… Back to Sweat 2022 is upon us, #BarreCodeNation! During this annual crowd-favorite challenge, we invite our members to complete 18 classes in 21 days. This year, the Challenge runs from September 19 – October 9.

Jillian Lorenz, co-founder of The Barre Code, says “Our Back to Sweat Challenge always aligns with the start of the school year, which is a perfect time to regroup after the flexibility and fun that summer brings. Back to Sweat is a great opportunity to reset your healthy habits, stay consistent, and set attainable goals.”

Throughout the three-week Challenge, our incredible instructors, staff, and clients keep each other motivated. Dany Kotlyar, instructor and trainer at The Barre Code Chicago, says “My favorite thing about the challenge is the final push. It’s easy to be motivated at the start, but watching a client reach their class goal in the final few days inspires me to do the same. It speaks to the community we’ve created at The Barre Code, and it’s infectious!”

Challenge Finisher Prizes & Themed Classes
This year, we have some surprises in store that you won’t want to miss. Each person that completes 18 classes in 21 days will be entered to win several local prizes, as well as a huge National prize package filled with fitness equipment from Bala – our National Challenge Partner. We are also excited to bring you fun themed classes, including “80s Brawl” (cardio kickboxing) during week one of the Challenge, and “90s Barre” during week three of the Challenge (singing along in class encouraged).

How To Participate (New Clients Get 3 Free Classes)
Now that you know what Back to Sweat is all about, we invite you (and your friends!) to join us in returning to your routine, goals, and healthy habits. Find your local studio today to sign up for a membership and participate. If you’re new to The Barre Code and want to try us out before you commit to a membership, you can take your first three classes for FREE (yes, free) with absolutely no commitment.
