Barre Code

Lengthen and strengthen your muscles during this 50-minute, full-body workout. Incorporating the best of Barre, this cornerstone class will push you to challenge both the body and mind while focusing on working each muscle group to fatigue. Work through dynamic, full-range movements alongside targeted, isometrics to really feel the shake and burn. Round out the total-body experience with a mindful, deep stretch that will leave you feeling accomplished and centered.

Barre Code Classic

Barre Code Classic is a simplified version of the 50-minute Barre Code class. This class offers a full-body workout at a slower pace, targeting the arms, abdominals, thighs, and glutes. The class consists of isometric holds, heavy repetition, and finishes off with some deep full-body stretching. Different props are used in each class to challenge the body and engage the mind. Barre Code Classic emphasizes developing muscle stamina and endurance, using a slower tempo and more basic exercises to ensure a safe and complete workout. This workout is appropriate for those just getting back into fitness, or want to learn the basics of our strength exercises while working at a more conscientious pace.

TBC

TBC stands for both Total Body Conditioning and The Boot Camp. This bootcamp-style workout consists of functional, full-range-of-motion strength training exercises designed to challenge the whole body. Though predominately strength-based, these workouts will also offer strategically interspersed HIIT and plyometric exercises.

BarRestore

BarRestore is a full-body workout that consists of isometric holds and heavy repetition, working muscles to fatigue, followed by a physically and mentally restorative experience with dynamic movement, deep stretches and meditation. In this all-in-one class, you will work to develop muscle stamina and endurance, release tension, prevent injury, and promote active recovery while working that mind-body connection.

BurnRestore

BurnRestore is a heated full-body workout that consists of isometric holds and heavy repetition, working muscles to fatigue, followed by a physically and mentally restorative experience with dynamic movement, deep stretches and meditation. In this all-in-one class, you will work to develop muscle stamina and endurance, release tension, prevent injury, and promote active recovery while working that mind-body connection. Class takes place in a a heated room and a mat is required.

HIITRestore

We are going to HIIT it without any fear of quitting it during this 50-minute roller coaster ride! This class starts with three rounds of high-intensity cardio intervals interspersed with active, strength-based recovery, and ends with a physically and mentally restorative experience full of dynamic movement, deep stretches and meditation. With this holistic approach, you will condition your body through plyometrics, speed work and coordination development, and then release tension, prevent injury and promote active recovery for your body through restorative stretching.

Burn

Our Barre Code class held in a 95-degree F room! In this full-body workout, the heat aids in detoxifying the body and elevating the heart rate, providing an intense, sweaty experience.

Brawl

Brawl, which has been recognized by SELF magazine as one of the best workouts in the country, is an intense class that combines cardio kickboxing sequences with strengthening work for the thighs and glutes.

Barre-dio

All levels are welcome in this fun, booty shaking, hair whipping class. Expect to sweat to a choreographed sequence of dance-inspired cardio moves set to a themed monthly playlist. Strength work for the whole body is also on the menu for this party.

HIIT

Get ready to push yourself to your physical, mental and emotional limits on this 50-minute, three-dimensional ride. Built on the principles of High Intensity Interval Training, this class focuses on four rounds of cardio intervals with active, strength-based recovery sections interspersed throughout. Sink into the beat of the music and prepare yourself for an energizing journey through plyometrics, speed work, agility training and coordination development.
