TBC stands for both Total Body Conditioning and The Boot Camp. This bootcamp-style workout consists of functional, full-range-of-motion strength training exercises designed to challenge the whole body with a host of props, including heavier weights as well as body weight exercises. Though predominately strength-based, this class is bookended by high-intensity cardio intervals.


Brawl, which has been recognized by SELF magazine as one of the best workouts in the country, is an intense class that combines cardio kickboxing sequences with strengthening work for the thighs and glutes.


A choreographed sequence of dance-inspired cardio moves interspersed with strengthening sections for the arms, abs, and glutes. Be prepared to sweat and strengthen in this two-for-one class.


This 50-minute workout consists of segments of high intensity intervals interspersed with strength work. This class is designed to spike the heart rate, increase stamina, strengthen muscles and affect the body on a metabolic level through interval training.

Barre Code

A full-body workout that consists of isometric holds and heavy repetition, working muscles to fatigue to develop muscle stamina and endurance. A range of different props are used in each class to challenge the body and engage the mind.

Barre Code Classic

Barre Code Classic is a simplified version of the 50-minute Barre Code class. This class offers a full-body workout at a slower pace, targeting the arms, abdominals, thighs, and glutes. The class consists of isometric holds, heavy repetition, and finishes off with some deep full-body stretching. Different props are used in each class to challenge the body and engage the mind. Barre Code Classic emphasizes developing muscle stamina and endurance, using a slower tempo and more basic exercises to ensure a safe and complete workout. This workout is appropriate for those just getting back into fitness, or want to learn the basics of our strength exercises while working at a more conscientious pace.
